Voice & Chat AI — General Availability
The marine-vocabulary voice agent is now GA across the FBC Northeast Florida footprint and available to all new customers.
Voice & Chat AI has graduated from production pilot to general availability. The agent is now handling reservations, service intake, and membership questions across all five dock locations at Freedom Boat Club Northeast Florida, 24 hours a day.

- Reservation-aware. Reads availability from Salesforce + GoMeddo in real time.
- Service intake. Opens tickets in MarineOps AMS with symptom, vessel, and urgency.
- Human handoff. Warm handoff to an on-call dock manager when the situation warrants.
- Weekly digest. Email summary of call volume, categories, escalations, and resolution rate.
- Marine-trained. Custom prompt that understands PDI, haul-out, transient, reciprocity, commissioning.
Rollout experience at FBC NE Florida
The single biggest change on Day One was the Saturday morning experience. Missed calls went from "cleaned up Monday" to "resolved in the minute." The weekly digest made call-volume patterns visible for the first time.
