This policy describes how BoatTech Inc. (“BoatTech,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our marketing website or use our platform. It is intended to be read alongside our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

• Usage data collected by our analytics provider (Plausible, cookieless). We do not set tracking cookies on the marketing site.
• Customer data that you and your members generate inside the platform. This is governed by your customer agreement and the DPA.

How we use information

• To respond to contact, support, and demo requests.
• To operate and secure the platform on behalf of our customers.
• To improve product performance in aggregate. We never use customer data to train foundation models.

Sharing

We share information with subprocessors required to operate the service — see our subprocessors page. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights
